I have few requirments in Generating Quota for Earned leave
New Joinees
After Completing a month of work EE will get 2 Days of EL @ Last day of the month ( Date of Joining b/n 1-15 of the month)
End of the month EE will get 1 Day of EL @ Last day of the month (DOJ b/n 16-20)
EE will not get any Quota for that month (DOJ b/n 21-End of the last day of the month)
For existing employees
Two days EL is credited as EL quota @ last day of the month
If Employee has Absence or LOP for more than 15 Days he will get 0 for that particular month
Please help me to write a PCR for this, also please let me know functionaly anything is missing as GAP to be filled in this scenario
