No any Diagnostic Agents in step 5.6 (Solman_setup, SM7.1)

Good day, respected experts.

I try to complete our solman_setup.

There I have a problem at "System Preparation->Step 5.6 Connect Diagnostic Agents".

I click on "get agents" and I no any  agent in list: "Agents available in all SLD: The table does not contain any data"

What parameters or settings I might have overlooked, and how you can determine what the problem is?

The problem was solved. Here are the steps I have taken ( only describing their way , maybe others will be others): the point 1 (with logs) - is very helpfull, and my recommendations - see the logs primarily
1. Using the Diagnostic Agent logs to determine the detailed problem
DAA agent logs /usr/sap/DAA/SMDAnn/SMDAgent/log
2 .Use note 1900072 - helps identify areas and ports of entry and connection agent
3 .Using note 1822831 - helps determine the overall connection error .

4. Using notes 1829601  - Connect Diagnostics Agent into the Solution  Manager step in SOLMAN_SETUP (System Preparation) does ... - Use the utility /usr/sap/SMD/DAA/<agent ID>/script/smdsetup.sh
5 . Check for user SMD_ADMIN and reinstall it a password. Required to follow the initial authorization of any agent

I did exactly that :
1. defined ports to interconnect the P4 ( see note 1900072 )
2 . Used utility smdsetup.sh managingconf hostname: sslm.inlinegr.com port: 50004 user: SMD_ADMIN pwd: ...
3 . Restart the virtual machine

In the next iteration of the solutions to your problem, clicking on the button "Get Agents" (all the same step 5.6) I get two errors at the top of the page

i cheked SOAMANAGER service named CO_DIAGSTP_WS_AGT_SMDAGENT_MON and no have poblem with him (and also correct ping)

Hi,

Delete the SM_INTERN_WS and SM_EXTERN_WS and deleted all logical ports using system preparation step 1& 5 and rerun both the steps and check it.

1776552 note make full - assign dispatcher port 3600 and save

1738353 - I can not apply because the note is for SM7.0 - they indicate the need to start the Visual Administrator

But these actions are not lead to any effect

1. users users SM_INTERN_WS and SM_EXTERN_WS were removed

2. Logical Ports for classes: CO_DIAGSTP_WS_AGT_SMDAGENT_MON, CO_DIAG_WILY_WS_MANAGED_SETUP, CO_E2E_MAI_CONFIGURATION, CO_E2E_PROBLEM_CONTEXT_MANAGER, CO_DIAGSTP_WS_DIAG_SETUP, CO_BIMON_CFGBOBJMON_SERVICE_VI, CO_BIMON_CFGDATA_SERVICES_VI_D

were removed too

After this, make all steps of System Preparation from 1 to 4.5 and from 5.1 to 5.6

on step 4.4 i still see

CX_AI_SYSTEM_FAULT : SOAP:1.023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED") 
CX_SOAP_FAILURE : Error when processing Web service call 
CX_SOAP_CORE : Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED")

and 0 agents connected (for authenticate)

on step 5.6 i still see

Hello Michael,

As per note 1776552

3600 port is a default for message server not for Web dispatcher.

To obtain web dispatcher port run rz10 choose instance profile search for icm/server_port_0

= PROT=HTTP, PORT=1080, PROCTIMEOUT=60

provide them at solman_setup 4.1 step.

As per note  1738353

Run r11 tcode and check below parameter.

icm/host_name_full

You can upload screens.

Are you using Local SLD of Solman  during diagnostic agent setup or central SLD ?

can you check if you are able to make a call to SLD from solman .

Check the  DAA agent logs  /usr/sap/DAA/SMDAnn/SMDAgent/log it might through us some light on agent connectivity.

for Web dispatcher i set "HTTP://sslm.inlinegr.com"

and in profile have samevalue (see screenshots)

but I do not know for what reason I do not see any Diagnostic Agents 

(by step 4.6 - SMD Agent Administration Window - see screenshot)

Hello Michael,

Clip_3.jpg change maintanace mode to off, also choose 'offline button agents'.

Your web dispatcher port number is 8000 please provide them and re run setup.

"Are you using Local SLD of Solman  during diagnostic agent setup or central SLD" - yes? we are using local SLD of Solman. All this making on same machine.

in catalog  /usr/sap/DAA/ we can see two subdirs

/usr/sap/DAA/SMDA96 and /usr/sap/DAA/SMDA96

all log are in included (in ZIP - but renamed extention to txt, because too large). Can you help me decode it logs?

The value of 8000 already stood in the Dispatcher (I did not add screenshot above)

but here i put some log. Maybe this will help solve my problem?

For error

there are no access points for service: P4 registered on the message server

Check note 1900072 - Error "there are no access points for service: P4 registered on the message server" in Dia...
