Hi,
I have a requirement wherein, a mail has to be triggered to the Customer after any change in XD05 / VD05 - Customer Blocked / unblocked.
I am able to get the details regarding the 'changes' in XD05 from Tables CDHDR & CDPOS.
But, i am not sure how to send a mail to the customer after the above change.
Please help.

Why are you blocking (or unblocking) customers in VD05, XD05?

We block unblock customer because of many reasons. Sometime some customer breach any contract or commitment he made with sales guys so they block that customer till they get the conflict resolved.
Sometimes we have more than one partners for any sold to party and that sold party requests to block his one partner for instance any ship to party and we block him in XD05.
There can be many more reasons depends upon management's requirement. May be some comapny's are in practice to block customers in XD05 if that customer's checks are rejected or dishonored by bank. It depends and varies from company to company.

You can use some userexit or BADI to send email to customer. Discuss with your ABAPER and ask him to use send email function module and trigger that on save of customer master after blocking. There are lot of links in which you can get userexits/badi and email send functions. You need to take help of your ABAPER for this.
