Mail to Customer on block / unblock

Hi,

I have a requirement wherein, a mail has to be triggered to the Customer after any change in XD05 / VD05 - Customer Blocked / unblocked.

I am able to get the details regarding the 'changes' in XD05 from Tables CDHDR & CDPOS.

But, i am not sure how to send a mail to the customer after the above change.

Please help.
