Why Can't a CO PA Data source edited

Hi,

A CO PA datasource can't be edited to indclude fields from CE*** table.

Only option i have is to re generate the data source again.....Can any one please let me know the reason why can't we edit CO PA data source.

Hi

Because each COPA datasource is custom generated according to the operating concern your FI/CO guys create. Hence you can only use the fields from your operating concern and if you need to add a new one you need to generate it again. You'll always loose the delta so I recommend you add every field when you generate the DS to avoid that.
