Hi ,

could you please guide me regarding JIT CALL

I having query in JIT CALL when scheduling agreement is preparing with sub assembly material no.

so how it will be link to actual finished goods

finished goods should be summarized of no. of sub assembly goods price at time of invoice

ex:  FM no.1

       FM no. 2

       FM no. 3

= Finished goods FG = 1+2+3

Hi,

Are you required to create Sch agreement for sub-assembly materials? Why don't you create a bill of material for FG=1+2+3 and create sch agreeemnt for finished goods?

actually sub assemble goods as specific material for the customer so customer will give order by EDI always with FM # subassembly material

Hi Friend,

     JIT CALL (Just-In-Time) : 

1. Standard Document Type: LIZ.
2. The JIT mean that the company never maintained the  stock for Production or manufacturing, it process as whenever the customer required the Product in few quantity, at the same time they are ordering the product.
3. In Standard SAP this function work with inbound idocs. ( Take help of Technical Guy).
4. The configuration would be OVA9, OVAI.....

The process of creating a JIT call from inception

MM01--Create a materiel

CS01--Create a BOM

CA01--Create Routing

C223--Create production variant

KKPAN--Create materiel cost estimate with/without quantity structure

CK24--Price update

KKF6N--product cost collector

JITL--maintain product info

VA31-Create SA

increase the stock, by doing an inbound delivery

JITV--Maintain cutomer

OJITI--Maintain call controls

YJMDM--Materail master maintainance

SEQJIT inbound IDOC from the customer will create a JIT call

JITV/JITE--for Monitoring jit actions

Ok, gr8 to know that,

What i was trying to tell is when you actually create a FM, you shall use unfinished goods, 1 & 2 and make it in a BOM , SO when you create an SA, you shall be using he FM & not the unfinished goods.
