Change Request Type dropdown

0 Kudos

     Hi Experts,

I developed a Custom data model (Entity Type: Location ID) and completed all the necessary configurations as per the How To Guide...

When I try to start the Application (Create Change Request screen), I entered the Entity Type and Location ID but nothing is coming up in the Change Request Type dropdown.

I created a change request type in Process Modelling but that is not appearing when I try to start/test the application.

What could be the issue here?

Hi,

Start your applicatino with this parameter.

IS_CREQ_MODE=X

Tommy,

IS_CREQ_MODE=X was already set earlier when the CR Type did not come up in the dropdown. However I removed that now and started the application, to notice below error.

Is the CR Type not available in dropdown because of this authorization issue?

To verify, you added CR Type in PM and not appearing in the dropdown, I suggest you to check in

by opening workflow browser in Configure Rule-based Workflow under Workflow (PM). look for your CR type in F4 there.

If you still don't see your CR Type in F4, then probably you may not attached relevant business activity like for ex: MAT1 (this is for create material) in your PM. if possible, post your PM screenshot where you added CR Type.

Thanks

Praveen,

I am able to see the CR type in F4 help in Rule-based WF.

Below is the screenshot from PM.
