Column chart does not auto arrange and stacked together

I am creating a column chart on the base of my year and monthly values. I use a toggle button with it to toggle between year and month. I use formulas and it works fine. When I map chart and preview the report all columns are stacked together on the left. I have checked ignore blank cells in series and values. See the screen short attached. If I use the cells where I have not written any formulas then it is ok. I have written formulas so that I may do some calculation to get yearly and monthly data and avoid some blanks in data. I appreciate help Thanks

Hi Bashir

I can't see the screenshot. Are you replacing blank with zero? If so, you may wanna leave the blanks values blank so that "Ignore Blank" option can hide them and auto-arrange. But i will be able to suggest better when I see the screenshot.

Thanks for your prompt reply

I am using this formula

=IF(OR(AV9=0,AV9=""),"",AM9) for my lables

=IF($AL$3="Active Quotes",AL9,AK9) for my values

Can  AL9 or AK9 be zero? If there is a possibility replace them with IF(OR(AL9=0,AL9=""),"",AL9)

IF(OR(AK9=0,AK9=""),"",AK9) in the second formula.

=IF($AL$3="Active Quotes",AL9,AK9)   should be

=IF($AL$3="Active Quotes",IF(OR(AL9=0,AL9=""),"",AL9) ,IF(OR(AK9=0,AK9=""),"",AK9))

AK and AL are 0 and they are updated on the base of drop down selection.

Then I use the formulas I mentioned above.

Still no luck,...
