SAP CRM: Multiple assigment of prices and org units to one product

Hello experts,

pre-information: we are on SAP CRM 7.4

Scenario: There are two companies ( for example Vodafone AG and Vodafone IT GmbH) running at one CRM System with two different sales organisations. Both of them sell the same product to their own customers.

Requirement: this product schould be modeled only one time in the System...

1. but it should be available for both companies and

2. every company has own prices for the same product. For example: a contract for vodafone AG this product should have a price of 10 €. In contract for vodafone IT GmbH the same product should have a price of 12 €.

How can this be customized? Do anybody has good documentation? I´m very new to this product stuff and don´t know how to start. I´m currently reading the SAP documentation in spro but there is nothing regarding this special requirement.

Please send me helpful links to documentations if you have. Suggestions are also welcome :) Thanks a lot!!!

Best regards,

Tanja

    Hi Tanja,

This is not a difficult task. Let me show you how to do it.

    Some prerequists:

You should be able to distinguish the 2 sales areas for your Vodafone AG and Vodafone IT GmbH.

you are aware which sales area shall be determined for the order and you have customized org determination properly.

Step 1: create your own price maintenance group in [spro - crm - master data - Conditions and Condition Technique - Condition Technique: Basics - Create Maintenance Group]. Fill the information, such as condition table SAP005, condition type zb10. You may use existing maintenance group too if you can find SAP005 in it.

Step 2: log on webui - business role : salespro -> sales operation -> prices -> select sales/service and your maintenance group. then create the prices for the 2 sales area, sold to party and your product.

Step 3: maintain the access sequence ZB10

    Step 4:

4.1 assign AS zb10 to condition type zb10 which is further assigned to your pricing procedure

4.2 customize your pricing procedure determination for your transaction type.

Finally, the system can retrieve different prices upon sales areas.

Mark best answer if it helps.

    • I forgot to mention that IPC has a buffer. If your condition type is newly created or the price cannot be determined upon sales org and distribution channel, you may try it the second day by when the IPC buffer is refreshed.
