Hi I try to explain my need, because I want to find a solution inside SAP before writing Z programs.
A company of mine produce little protitipes using Stereolitography technology.
Many PP Orders (from different customers) are processed at the same time using a special resin as component and a special laser technology machine.
I'd like to divide the componentl consumed and the time-machine proportionally to the Volume (knowed) of the single products produced between the Orders
This is because we want analyze at SD Order level the difference from Revenues, Planned costs and Effective production costs (Materials and Machine).
is there a way in PP to manage this scenario ?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Claudio
Hi,
Combined orders only possible if you have IS-Mill functionality.
You can divide the component consumed and the time-machine proportionally to the Volume (knowed) of the single products produced between the Orders by using production version funcionality for alternative BOM and alterantive Master Receipe for different operation.
If you dont have this functionality available you can analyze SD Order level the difference from Revenues, Planned costs and Effective production costs (Materials and Machine) by using production order information system and cost analysis report.
Thanks,
Biplob

Hi Claudio
Please take a look on the following document, which describes the order combination scenario:
https://help.sap.com/bp_fm603/BBLibrary/HTML/372_EN_FR.htm
Unfortunately, it is not available on the standard ERP, only for DIMP.
