"no objects selected" in se63

Hi all,

We are doing language translation of objects from German to english. We are following steps in doc http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-16092

We have created piece list and object list, but when we load the objects pop up comes "no objects selected".

Please help me in resolving this.

There are few links in scn, but they do not have any solution.

Thanks,

Anshul

Hi Anshul,

check the "Deactivate Language Settings" checkbox (it's hidden behind the popup in your screenshot). Then hit the Load Objects button again.

It should work now, provided your object list is not empty.

Best regards

Martin

Hi Anshul,
Please let me know whether you are doing translation of backend object or the front queries and workobooks.

If it is front end queries and workbooks I can suggest you easier step than the above.
For backend also alternative approach is there.

Hi,

Have you followed all steps from 10 on ward in the document.

In your screen shot, Object Types is showing as" No Entries ". Some where you are missing. Please check thoroughly.

This document is perfect for you.

Hi suman,

Yes, I have followed all the steps.

In my attached screenshot, I have only given Object list as 5, nothng else.

I have not maintained any domain list, but still there are 109 entries.

Thanks,

Anshul

What is ZOBJLIST?

at object name why  your passing as *.

Instead of that pass object name which you want change.

Hi Raman,

ZOBJLIST is the object list which I have created and assigned piece list to it.

In the document it is maintained as *.

I have tried to give object namne instead of * but it gave same pop up. no objects selected.

Once you got above pop up, just click on green and click on load objects and see what it happens.
