IDOC for Dangerous Good is not generating at the time of PGI

When we try to do PGI, a Delivery that contains materials with "Dangerous Good flag", the IDOC is not being generated for customers that want EDI ASN's sent to them.  We are getting an error that says "Canceled due to error in determining dangerous goods data". I am unable able to determine why this is happening....?

Hi Sudarshan,

Please check the below points for resolution of the error.

- DG master records in Released status? 

- Where the routes entered for the shipment?

- What is validity period for all your DG data records?

- What is the Date for Determination of DG Master Data you made in Specify Date for Determination of DG Master Data?
