An Error has occured : The argument has an invalid value

Hello Gurus,

I have an XI3.1 SP3.2 and an XI3.1 SP5 system. We have never had to deal with Crystal reports earlier and so this issue was never highlighted.

I have crystal reports on the abovesaid servers. None of these CRs run. They all give the same error - "An Error has occurred : The argument has an invalid value."

I thought at the start that this may be because of prompt or filter values in the CRs. So I created a new, very simple, basic, CR with no prompts. This report as well showed the same error when exported to the abovesaid servers.

I tried the SaveAs option from Crystal report 2008, the import option from CMC, the import option from InfoViewApp but to no avail. I get the same error throughout.

Request help in resolving this issue.
