Hi Experts,
One of our user is facing problem to open the WWI documents from Substance workbench(CG02) when attempting to view documents via Specification > Reports > Report from template and also while tried to generate a document via Specification > Reports > Create report and then try to open the report in Report Management. In both cases he is getting the following error: "Could not load file to front end."
Things to be noted with this is:
1. Problem only in Quality system, if the same user tries to access the documents in production through the same desktop/laptop its work fine.
2. We are in mid of Support Pack Upgrade for which we have update until SP66 in our dev & quality clients till today, but I don't thing this error is due to upgrade for which the user is facing this problem. As I myself and other collagues are able to view the reports.. This problem is only specific to him.
3. He is working using SAP GUI 720 where as we few others are on 730. But still few others who are yet using 710 & 720, are able to view the reports.
I am not understanding what can go wrong with that one user and that too only with his quality system to access the WWI documents..
Need your expert advice to solve this mystery..!
