Hello,
Actually I am facing a problem with the connection to universe from Lumira; when I try to connect to CMS everything is OK, I can see the universes and I can choose the universe which one I want to work.. but after time out Lumira sent the next message:
Cannot connect with the service WebiPlugin.WebiSession from the server XXXXXXXX:6400 tthrough server CMS osca:iiop://XXXXXXXX:6400;SI_SESSIONID=68586JCgxY8QGQ4pYf7c9G2F2Rdt (FWM 01006).
The universe was created on IDT tool.
Thanks in advance.

"There was a problem with one or more of the servers in the Webi Processing Server "Server Group"
Also, you might want to take a look at this blgo : http://scn.sap.com/community/lumira/blog/2013/10/07/a-forray-into-lumira-sp12--new-features-and-find... ... if this is a BW-SQL UNX then please check the settings like "Maximum Character Stream Size (MB)" dicussed in the blog.

Hi Claudia,
Just to update this to keep it up to date with the incident. As my reply in the incident indicated the computer that is running Lumira is unable to connect to the WebIntelligenceProcessingServer. If you are unable to telnet to this server and those ports then Lumira will not be able to communicate to it either. This means that there could be one or more of the following:
- Server side firewall
- Client side firewall
- Network router that is acting as a firewall
- Some other network configuration issue.
What this means to you is that you will need to figure out how to get these ports and network connectivity open between your computer running Lumira and the server. You may need to get your IT department to work with you on that.
Once the telnet command works to prove that the ports are open up then Lumira should start working.
Kind Regards,
Trevor
