Business partner relationships -- "Is Identical To"

Good day

I'm working on the SRM Server 5.0 after we upgraded from EBP 3.0

Any one knows exactly how this relationship "Is Identical To" does?

I couldn't find much on the SAP Help. I hope it will work with the scenario below.

Scenario:

Person Bob has been created twice with userid XYZ and userid CFG.

We have realized that mistake but Bob and say we'll take one userid away. Bob does mind what user he ends up with as long he can see and process the other carts he created in the past(with both userid) from Check Status.

After debugging transaction Check Status, I saw that users carts are selected using business partner GUID. I thought linking business partners as identical might work. Only for BP transaction to short dump when saving with "CL_IM_CRM_BP_CCARD_BW_UPD not found". SAP Support is not helpful so far in solving that.

Hi,

in table crmd_partner the relationship partner <-> SC is stored. The user can only see the SC which are linked to his BP GUID (Requester) within this table.

Hi Dennis,

I have a problem which is similar. There is a Business Partner visible in transaction "BP" which has the number "##1" it is a deleted Entry but sill shows up in BP.

On SAP's advice I tried using reports DELETE_ALL_BBP_USERS and BUPA_TEST_DELETE both did not do it. Any idea on how to do this.

I cannot create another Org Unit in ppoma_bbp without fixing this as it errors out. OSS Msg on this has not been resolved. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks Dennis,

Do you maybe know where username <-> business partner number is stored, or maybe where username <-> org id?

At this point I don't want not to change SC item business partners though I've considered it as last resort.
