ASN Information in SAP SRM-SUS

Dear Gurus,

Here process is Vendor uploads documents and ASN number will be generated. In ECC we will do GRN for the same.

Is there any way to check in SAP SRM that  for a vendor how many ASNs that they created and corresponding details.

Any Tcode available for this? and any tables relevant to this scenario?

You can check this in ECC how many ASN would be recieved would this not solve your purpose ?

Hi Vinita,

If we got ASN number, we can track easily in ECC(tcode:WE02) as well as in SRM (tcode:BBP_PD).

This ASN number only knows from the vendor, when they inform to us.

How can we find ASN's which are created by particular vendor in SRM at Tcode/Table level.

Hi Vijay,

There is no tcode available to do that. Either go for BW report of develop a report.
