what is best method to pick all the employees and delimit their benefit infotypes like 168, 167 with all their plans. I may have around 10000 employees having apprx 1 lakh records with all plans. I need to read them and pass them in a loop and delimit them with an enddate say today.using the standard funtion module HRoperation??
For performance reasons instead of going for all the records at once i thought breaking the slection logically to org unit levels and then delimiting them.So that I can have record of which employees are delimited. nice to have them as a report after the delimition process showing pernr and the infotype with plans delimted showing as a list.
Did anyone come across such a situation. Kindly suggest if you have a better option.
