CHARM text system template

Hi,

When I create a request for change. in the change request form. I can insert the text from system template. It also allows you to create your own personal template.

I want to create a system template. So that all Charm users can insert the text from this system template

I tried with Tcode : SO10. It is not reflecting on the "request for change" text templates

TextName=ZCHARM_TEXT1

TEXTID=ST

LANG=EN

Any idea?

Goto to Spro -> ChaRm -> text managemnet and check the step for creation of system test template

Hi, I was able to create the text templates ( also tried with SE61). But is not appearing on the change request form (insert text templates). When I select system templates, it is blank.

We have SOlman 7.1 web ui for change requests.

Your template ID in must exist in tcode DNO_CUST04.

Hi, Thanks for that. Whats new the field name in DNO_CUST04 ?. Is COMT_TEXT_SCREEN_DYN_2020 correct?.

I scanning through rkt as well. I am not able to catch this customization.

Any idea?

Hi,

Its SDK_MSG_PROC_AUTO_TEXT insert sequance e.g. 4 and your template created in  SE61
