SAP GUI 730

Hallo Forum,

after a new instalation of SAP GUi 730 the performance assistence F1 does not work any more, it just bring a empty page with no information.  

any idees

In one of the desktop apply the latest patch level along with the hotfix and than try for F1

we have solve the problem it was the internet, his internet explore did not work correct IE7 so we install the IE8. The performance assistence F1 works again. thanks you both for you tips

This thread should have been created in the Graphical User Interface forum, this forum is for IBM DB2 on LUW questions/issues.

Anyway, are you using Internet Explorer 9? Which GUI Patch are you using? If you are indeed using IE9, check note 66971:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 9
Support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 is currently under evaluation.
The RC version published in February 2011 contains a severe bug that
causes a SAP GUI crash whenever an HTML control is invoked. Microsoft is
already informed and will solve this issue before  the official release
of Internet Explorer 9. Before this issue is eliminated SAP cannot
release SAP GUI for IE9.
