SAP CPS Job Documentation

Dear Experts,

I have a requirement to make use of the job documentaion available in the SAP CPS.

Already we are maintaining our Background job documentation in a Shared Directory with Word Document format. We are migrating to SAP CPS for background job scheduling. I have created the work format in the SAP CPS to import the word documents so that i can assign the necessary word documents in the job documentation field.

When i import the work document in SAP CPS it come as Junk Characters. Do we need to do anything apart from creating formats to support work documents?

How do we call those word documents in SAP CPS for the respective jobs to refer?
