0SM_BPMRH Extractor schedule for loading data in the cube

I have a few questions regarding the infocube 0SM_BPMRH.

I want to know when is the data loaded in the infocube 0SM_BPMRH?

Is there any specific schedule or does the data loading takes place after the data collection is done through BPA monitor?

When I check in the "Solution Manager Administration WC" --> "Extractor Framework" the log shows that the extractor has run multiple times on 14th Nov between 00 Hrs to 02Hrs.

When I check in the t-code RSA1 in 0SM_BPMRH ---> "Manage", there is only one request for the date 14th Nov with time 05:13:00 and when I check in BPA, selecting the timeframe as 14th Nov it says there is not data for the selected date.

When the data for 14th Nov has been loaded in the cube then why does it not show in the BPA window.

Also I did a data collection run for one of the Key figure at 11:15am. How long will it take for it appear in the BP Analytics?

Can we control when the data is loaded in the cube?

    Hi Vishal,

In 7.1 all the infocubes are filled by extractor framework, not with the methods of standard BI load.

You must find out the extractor which is filling the value to the infocube 0SM_BPMRH. Mostly it would be *BPMon*, check in extractor framework admin.

    Best regards

    • Hi Vishal,

Sorry for the late reply - I tried also to figure out what triggers the data transfer to the cube and after some time I gave up...

I know that usually SAP doesn't recommend deleting data from /SSF/PTABBROWSER on your own, I think I would try to run the AGS_BPM_RI_CREATE_GAKF report in your solman (I don't know on which SP you are so I can't give you the exact selection) and see if this helps.

There is a series of notes in component SV-SMG-MON-BPM which deals with the problem of the missing alert - but I think you should check them out as they are often key figure specific.

If you still have a lot of data visible in PTABBROWSER I would open an OSS for that.
