Empty profile in Target Group

Hi Gurus,

I came across with a new issue. In BP segmentation when I am selecting one attribute and drag and drop in the staging area and followed by "count" its creating target group with a number of BP's but it is showing as "empty profile". Kindly tell me what is meant by "empty profile"

Hi Rocky,

It is just the description for the profile and the TG created from that profile. The TG as such is generated properly.

I think you can edit the name for the profile and TG in the modeler screen.

Hi Rocky

It looks like yoy haven't created the Target Group from your profile yet.

In Segment Modeler right click on each profile and select Create Target Group

That should solve the problem

I followed the steps provided by you. But there is no change, its coming after creating target group only.
