Calculate Data Locally

Hi Team

I am using the SEM 3.5 and I am not seeing "Calculate Data Locally" radio button when I go to hierarchy button on the first step of layout building. I am able to see this button in SEM 4.0 version. Can any body has any idea on what I need to do to get this functionality in my current system.

I am using this functionality. It has been available since BW 3.5, so your SEM 3.x won't have them.

Thanks for your info. Is there any way by which we can get the same functionality in SEM 3.5 ?(Any support pack or function module). We can not go for a upgrade now but we want to have this functionality.

Hi,

You can do it by :

- adding an entry in table UPC_DARK2 : PARAM = UPP_LB_01_USE_CALC_FE and VALUE = X

- You can also do this by executing the UPP_SET_CALC_FE_ON report.

Thus, the indicator will appear.

You need SP 11.
