Remittance Advice via Fax

Hello All,

I have ran the APP run & my log shows that Fax request has been created. When I check on SOST, I see the Message waiting for fax. What do I need to config. besides I have Updated Vendor with Fax Details & Standard Communication Method as Fax? I talked to our Basis, they say they do not do SAP Faxing... so I need some advice idea.

Besides the Remittance Advice generation via e-mail, my business wants to generate e-mail for multiple e-mail address. But when I run it, it only generates for the primary e-mail? Am I missing something in both Scenarios?
