How to protect PR Service has been full released cannot be changed the quantity, grossprice through IW32 ?

Dear expert,

i have question about PR Services created through order iw32,

Case

my user has been created PR service through order iw32 ,

then that PR has been released completed and the SPRO - rel indicator of PR value is 1 (Cannot be changed)

unfornately , the user still can edit qty or gross price PR services through iw32  (operation->external->services)

Question

• How to protect PR after full released cannot be changed the quantity, grossprice and others ..???

if you check sap note 493900 FAQ release strategy, you will see that it is intended and settings 1 is applicable only for MM txns  and not for PRs genetated from other applications

Thru SHDO or screen selection process see whether you can restrict input for materials in IW32, if it is very critical for you.

See the relevant part of the note,

1. Question :

Why can I modify a purchase requisition although I set the changeability of
the release indicator to '1' ('Cannot be changed')?

Answer :

The purchase requisition is not modifiable via a purchasing transaction like
ME52 or ME52N. But it is possible to change the purchase requisition from any
other external application like sales order, planned order, maintenance order or
network.
The Changeability functionality only concerns the purchasing
transactions. This is intended and a new release strategy determination takes
place if there is a modification of the data in the external application.

Hi,

It can be protect another way.

Just change the field selection for quantity, gross price and other to Display mode for field selection key ZP03.

Then check it.

Your PR will be shown display mode for these field after full release.

thank mr Dev Patra,

it had been configured since early , unfornately it's not work in iw32 (PM transaction),

i'll discuss to our partner PM module, maybe there is enhancement in iw32 or use screen varian shd0
