BKM around creating JCo Destinations

Can anyone help me with some BKMs around creating JCo Destinations. Specifically I'm thinking around how they should be setup (multiple per project, by project, by application, by functionality, etc.). What are the PROs and CONs of creating these destinations one way or the other. Any help will be appreciated.

Generally in Web Dynpro, JCo Destinations are created for a model and not by project/by application/by functionality. You may refer the following link for creating/setting up JCo Destinations.
