steps for deski 3.1 to webi 4.0 migration

Hi there

I got some report conversion task has been given , will anyone tell me the steps for the following approach

i have 6 reports in Deski to convert and one universe (where those reports based on) from BO3.1 deski to BI4.0.webi

i did conversion from deski to webi in 3.1 environment using RCT, i got conversion results as partial conversion for all the 6 reports.

so please tell me the steps further how i need to do the rest of the process to convert in 4.0 environment, reports and universe too. steps with screen shots really helpful
