Commitment budget exceeded even after available budget in PR

I have created new company code with new FM area and has done all the required configurations.But when I am creating PR for Rs.1, then its showing "Commitment budget  was exceeded by 1.00 INR in document item 010" although i have assigned and release the budget for said fund centre and commitment item. But this is working fine for other company codes.

Can u suggest what I miss and what i need to do now.

The issue resolved. It was the in the budget profile where avl control should be on release as it was on overall earlier.

We need the screenshots from error, and from your report where you check the budget.

Tell us what's the name from your "new company code".

Yes,I agree, but I am unable to upload the screenshot.

I think if there is any error related to AVC.

when i run FMBV, but it shows "No budget exists - availability control not activated"

how could we check this?

Hi,

First of all check, if the FM objects put in the message are exactly the ones, where the budget is put on. Verify that you don't have any budget address derivation logic. Then, try and reconstruct your AVC ledger via FMAVCREINIT transaction and make the posting again.

Yes, It is exactly the same.

I have tried FMAVCREINIT and it shows No message in the error log.

Is there anything that I miss in the FM configuration which are concern to this?

No message in error log means that the job is completed. Did you retry the posting?

Also, check how you set up the budget availability in your AVC ledger.

Hello Prem,

Check OF09 ,if it is OK,on the trace in FMDERIVE > Check which account assignments are updating while creating the PR. I mean fund center and Commitment item.

May be account assignments are differ.

Yes, I retry posting after that but same error.

In report, I can see the budget is available for the said fc and commitment item.

In OF09, it is no errors found.

I had trace on the FM derive to check and found the same account assignment which has the available budget.

If there any configuration which I miss to commit budget or for any such errors?

Hello ,

Check report FMRP_RW_BUDCON for same account assignments > Consumable budget must be available ,if not you  are not released. Send screen shot also.

We are using former budgeting and use S_KI4_38000050 to check the budget. Is is there in available budget. Due to some techincal issue I am unable to upload the screenshot, but I crosscheked again, it has available budget.

As per my knowledge try to release the same budget again. I hope that was the issue. If you find already released you may wait for experts opinion.

If you are using Former, then why executing FMAVCREINIT? I though, you are with BCS... Try and reconstruct the ledger with the transactions for Former budget.

2. Check the commitment items on the same fund center to know the overall budget availability
