Hi All,

I wonder if anyone has a solution to the following.

A user is added with the correct License type and permissions, however, when you click on the Sales Order you get the message 'You are not permitted to perform this action'.

Hi Earl,

Check Document numbering series, some times what happen if the user don't have default series you may have a chance to get this error.

Assign any one default series for that user and then try.

If user wants to create sales order, the following authorizations are required.
