Why is package visible in the Navigator tab but not in the Package Explorer

Hello,

I have created a DC for all the Jakarta_ORO class files in a track called COMMON.

If I go to the J2EE Development Perspective and open the Navigator tab I can see all the packages and all the classes. One of the packages is called org.apache.oro.text.

However, if I go to the Package Explorer tab in the same perspective I can NOT see the org.apache.oro.txt package although all the others are there.

What would cause it to show up in one view and not the other?
