Printing terms and condition page after folder option in smartforms

Hi Experts,

I have created a smartform where I have used the folder option to print the footer at a particular position. I want to print the terms and condition which is written on another page to be called at the last page . I have used a command to call the last page (terms and conditions page) which I have written after the folder option in the main window but I it is not working and I am not able to display the last page (terms and conditions). Please let me know how can I use both folder and command line in the main window .

main window extends into multiple pages,

please can you share your smart form design as its not clear with your question,

what you have to do is create another secondary window (with text terms and conditions) and in conditions tab check only after the end of main window.

Hi Vinay,

I have created a secondary window which prints the footer section. The main window overlaps with the secondary in order to utilize the space.

So I have created a folder in the main window with a proper height so that the footer window will be printed at a particular position in the page.

I have created another window which contains the terms and conditions. So for calling the terms and condition window I have used a command line in the main window but the command line is not working and the terms and conditions are not getting printed.

I think I am using both the folder and command line in the main window because of this it is not working.

Please share your valuable input on this.

please can you check by removing folder option in main window.

let me know what happened.

Hi Vinay,

I have created the folder in the main window in order to display the footer at a specific position in the page.

If I am removing the folder option the footer is not getting displayed.

So is there any other option where I can print the footer at a specific position ?

By doing this I can use the command line .

create another secondary window with footer and terms and conditions (with COMMAND option ) and place this window just after the end of main window , do not overlap..

if still don't get print , try to reduce the main window size and increase the size of footer and terms and conditions accordingly ,

now check the print preview.

Creating command in secondary window is not allowed.

I have created a secondary window after the main window and this secondary window contains the footer details.

I have created another secondary window after that , which contains the terms and conditions but it is still not getting printed.

why don't you share the screen shot of smart form design,

there shouldn't be any problem now try to reduce the size of main window and move up the footer and terms n conditions window..
