missing SID's

can someone pl tell me about the problem of Missing SId's and why it occures and solution for that .

Hi,

Sometimes this problem occurs when you choose the option "Always update if master data exists" in the infopackage. If this option is selected and you load the transaction before the master data then the SID's are not created and hence the error.

This problem is also know to occur during SAP 3.5 upgrade for which some OSS Notes exist.

You can use the report program RSDMD_CHECKPRG_ALL to eliminate these errors. You need to check the 'Repair' option to recreate the missing sids.
