Purchase requisition getting stuck in /sapapo/ccr with error Schedule line without external number does not exist in R/3

Hi folks,

The purchase requsition are getting stuck with the error "Schedule line without external number does not exist in R/3".I checked all the master data.its seems to be ok.is it related to any number range issue.

Please help.

Is there a push button to push to R3? Trying pushing it and see what error appears.

Hi Rahul ,

When i tried pushing them in R/3 .the orders are getting stuck in SMQ2 in ECC with the error "The requirement quantity is zero"even though the order has some quantity to it.

Hi Suyash,

Error is referring to Requirements Qty. and not to receipts Qty.

Please check the requirements qty. at source location in APO and in R3?

Is source list correctly defined in R3? Are the MRP Type, Pl. Sp Matl status at Source plant correctly maintained? Is Material master maintenance complete at source plant?
