Hi all,
I have an strange issue.
I am using REM.
When i do confirmation in MFBF with planned order the confirmation is getting posted but my planned order is not getting reduced.
My planned order qty 10 No's
Confirmed qty in MFBF - 15 no's
I have checked the rem profile all the setting are ok . Earlier it was reducing correctly. But for this time it doesn't. I don't know why?
Reduction period is given as 5 days and production confirmation was done 10.11.2013 and the production order date was on 08/11/2013.
Kidnly throw some light.
Regards,
MBN.
Hello
You should implement the following note:
1510226 - MFBF: Delivered quantity in planned order is wrongly updated

Hi,
But in situation if planned order is not reducing then please check ur REM profile in the "control data2" tab In this which one u have select for the planned order reduction. To automatic reduce of planned orders you need to check the "reduced planned orders assigned to version " in rem profile configuartion .
You can backflush with any planned order , but what ever anonymous planned orders selected that only will get reduce.
So REM Prfoile -Control Tab 2 .Check the Number of days and your Planning Horizon .Adjust accordingly so that it will reduce the Planned order .

Sachin

Hi,
This is a standard functionality of REM where system automatically consumed the planned order based on confirmation date. This is because Repetitive Mfg is period based and not order based.
Just Want to Know you are doing confirmation by entering planned order or by material number?
