Hi,

I can suggest the following options:

1. Maintain the number of decimal places for the order unit as zero in CUNI transaction, if business allows.

2. Maintain the tolerance as absolute tolerance, so that you can maintain the tolerance as fixed qty.

As of my knowledge, there is no standard way to round off the quantity derived through tolerance.

Hi,

Go to PO-Item details-Delivery Tab

Enter the desired limit & save, Now do GR

but, i don't want to update the limit again. Unit PCS should not have a decimal.

Why is it possible that your vendor sends broken PCSs ?

From my point of view is PCS the wrong base unit if it does not fit to the lived practice.  Units without decimals should only be used for items which cannot be taken in parts e.g. wheels for a car, a mobile phone. if it is in parts, then it is broken.

But if you order a box with 10 content  and have setup the material in PCS and the box is 1 PCS, then people take just 1 part out of the box and post 0.1 PCS. (And SAP allows this, even you have setup the unit in CUNI with zero decimals - as this is just used for the display, internally SAP uses 3 decimals)

Hi,

I don't think its a correct business process to rounding off the quantity.

You can make it for amount.

Thanks
