translation of query name

Hi everybody!

It´s about translating the name/title of queries - let´s assume from english to spanish.

I tried to do it via Admin Workbench, but system ask me for a transport. Now, it doesn´t accept neither the BEx transport nor any other transport I define, telling me that this transport can't be used for translation purposes. Haven't found anything in the docu. Anybody out there who has experience on that?

Can you try with a piecelist type of transport request? I tried it on my system and it accepts such request.

You can create such request in SE01, or from your pop-up itself.

Hi,

I would definitely try to create a "transport of copies" transport request. That type of transport is the correct one in order to add translation objects.

All these settings are defined on SE63.

No, it just accept the piecelist for some reason.

But thank you for mentioning SE63 - I'll have a closer look at the customizing there.
