sql error 904 occurred when accessing program sapm+TEST login to system failed

Hi experts,

I am installing CRM EHP2 on Windows X-64 oracle 11g.

during import pahse getting DBLS error so i upgrade the DBLS lib_dbsl_441-10007270 and DBATOOLS_34 after that ABAP import phase went to success.

I upgrade the R3trans,R3load control R3sizecheck also.

but we are facing the issue in CHECK DDIC password(TEST login to system failed)  as per attachment.

1 all WP are running.

2. R3trans -d RC=0000

3. usr02 contains the DDIC SAP* all 000 001 066

when try to login "sql error 904 occurred when accessing program sapm"

Please suggest how can i resolve.

Hi Vivek,

For SQL error 904 occurred when accessiing program SAPM / ORA-24315: illegal attribute type

Did you patched the kernel with the latest one? Additionally, check you are running on correct kernel such as, unicode/non-unicode

Hi,

Can you login in the system using sap* and check if DDIC is not locked.

If locked unlock it and then retry sapinst.

Also check if you see any error in dev_w0? Please also post the SWPM error message.

Hi,

Have you taken the backup of the old kernel.

If yes then try to replace it and see if it helps.

What was the initial kernel version that you were during the installation.

I would suggest to with the kernel upgrade to the n-1 patch level for the kernel release 720 unicode.

Please see if it works and revert.

i have upgraded the kernal 500 but not working.

and DW package 517.

even WP are not running.

Hi,

Usually these error will only happen when your system is non Unicode and you apply Unicode kernel or Not the correct version of kernel.

But your release is unicode.

Try and check the below note

Note 731 - Collective note: ORA-00904

Did you go for server reboot.

Hi,

Have you check the env variable for sidadm related to the kernel directory. Please also check that the file are update correctly in the kernel directory that SAP env is using.
