Hi
I am using SAP B1 V9.0 PL05
and want to use manual document series,
in number series, it does not shows this option,
is there any way to use manual document series ?

We have the drop down list beside the document number.There we can select numbering series.
If you select 'Manual' then you have to give document number for each document.
If you select series then the document number will automatically generated as per document series definition.

I want to manual document number for sales order
when we got order, we have to create draft order
and send it for approval with document number
and when we get approval we will post it
but it is not necessary that get approval in same sequence
and we want same document number which we have in draft
and that's why we use manual numbering in SAP B1 8.82
but in SAP B1 9.0, we did not find manual numbering for documents

By manual, do you mean you want users to enter a user-defined document number for the form? If yes, I believe you can do this on the form itself by choosing 'Manual' on the 'No.' drop-down list.

There is default manual series for Business partner and items.
For all other documents you have create series with name "Manual". Please refer SAP help file:
