Continue: Sales opportunity number - reference in Quote, Sales Order Problem!!!

Hello

I think I make a big mistake in selecting "Refresh regularly" for this FMS

The problem is that the refresh inserts the Opp number but remove all other information from the remarks field!!!

I cannot find out how to edit the UDF - I think I need to change from 'Refresh regularly' to "Display saved User-defined values" - is that correct?

Or maybe I need to use a different field.

When I hit Shift+F2 nothing the UDV window is not appearing.
