No Valid appraisal process available error

Hello experts

We are trying to implement Flexible performance management. Our system is on EHP5 and we do not have portal. The front end UI is NWBC (Net weaver business client) for Html.

The business functions CA_HAP_CI_1, HCM_OSA_CI_1 and HCM_OSA_CI_2 have been activated. The role SAP_PM_EMPLOYEE_HCM_CI_1 settings have been made to visible. Launch pad customizing is also changed to visible (screenshot attached)

The template has been created and i could create the appraisal document from backend using PHAP_CREATE_PA.

I have attached the screenshots for further clarity.

a) Is the error screen pointing to predefined process? (screenshot attached)

b) Why do i see only one link about appraisal document? My requirement is to see the appraisal document link which opens up the flexible process.
