How to edit a solution manager incident when its already closed in SOLMAN_ISSUE_MANAGEMENT

Hi All,

I want to edit a case in solution manager in "solman_issue_management" the case was accidentally closed and now it does not have any option to edit, is there a way from backend from where we can edit the case.

I wan to upload a document but its now not active.

    Wouldn't it be easier to just create a new case, add your document, and reference the old case or link it to the new one,,,just a thought.

    Hi Kajal,

    I am not very familiar with Solman_issue _management but we did a similar thing in Incident management. what we did was in customization,

    1. Go to the status profile

    2. select the status profile you are using.

    3. See details of completed status.

    4. set Change Document and EDIT from forbidden to allowed. See Screenshots
