condition type error

Hi,

Can some one help me to resolve this error:

Pricing error: Mandatory condition zmws type is missing.

i'm creating this Sales order:

    

here is the maintained pricing procedure :

and here i gave the cond type to the pricing procedure:

But i don't know why im receiving this error:

Pricing error: Mandatory condition ZMWS is missing

Some one any idea ?

Hi,

most propably you have marked ZMWS as mandatory in pricing procedure ZVAA01 and the system cannot find an automatic pricing condition when you create the order.

I suggest to check "pricing analysis" in your sales order to see why ZMWS is not determined automatically. On the condition tab there is a push button "Analysis".  Click this and you will get a full analysis of your pricing. Then on the left side, if you expand ZMWS, you will see the condition acceses that were executed by system to find a condition record for condition ZMWS. Probably you have to maintain the missing condition in transaction vk12.

Hi,

Ok, now mark Access 13 "Sales Org...." . (if that's were you are expecting the condition record).

Then you will get a list of the condition fields that the system used to lookup your condition record. Now compare these fields with the fields from your condition record (vk13) also make sure condition dates are ok.

If the pricing date of the document is older than the one from the condition record, the system cannot determine the record.

Hi Ouail,

We are talking (very) basic pricing here. Have look in SAP help to clearly understand how pricing is supposed to work.

Obviously, your condition is marked as mandatory in the pricing procedure but SAP was unable to find the corresponding condition record. Maintain the necessary conditions in VK13 / condition type ZMWS.
