Absence Quota calculation

I had made a report with smartform showing absence quota of selected employees from the selection criteria but there is one problem while calculating earned leave.

In this company every year two times balance is increased by 15 days for Earned leaved i.e. in January and in June.

So there will be two enteries of EL in the database table

And i want to show in my report that till date the EL balance is x and the employee has used y in the current year(date entered) and remaining balance is x-y=z in one single row in smartform.

My smartform looks like this

Employee Name

Date of join

Entitled Availed Remaining

CL 12 2 10

EL 130 23 107

SL 95 0 95

From To Leave Nature No. of Days Balance

18/02/05 22/02/05 EL 5 125

04/03/05 04/03/05 CL 1 11

Please help me out How this is possible,

Thanks in advance,

Bharat Mistry.

use the table control in the smartforms

you can do it in two ways

in the internal table you can manipulate all these things and pass it to the smartform.

or in the smartform itself insert program lines and do the manipulations and display the output

if you're not clear explain your probs bit clear
