Issue with data display in WEBI report?

Hi,

I have an issue with data display in my WEBI report.

Presenlty data displaying in my report:

Sales Order	Distribute channel	Qty	Amount
S001	DS1	10	100
S001	DS2	20	200
S001	DS2	30	300
S002	DS3	40	400
S002	DS3	50	500
S003	DS3	60	600

in sales order above table "S001" is coming in three cells but it should come in one cell and also same "S002" is coming in two cells but it should come in one cell it should not duplicate in all the cells according to the number of records.

Hi, Sudha.

To do this, you should use the "Break" functionality.

Right click on Sales Order (S0001) cell, then Break > Add Break.

You can also manage the Breake order and display using Break Options.

Hi Murilo,

when i do as you mentioned Header is coming after "S001" and "S002" and so on. i dont want header to come every where after the break.

please help me.

S0001 will not come in 1 cell as you have  two distribute channel (DS1 and DS2) in distribute channel for it..

Rather it should come in 2 cells ... DO you still want to make the S0001 in one cell and concatenate all the distribute channel? Which can be done but with some extra effort...

Hi Mishra,

As Murilo Mentioned i did breaks so it is coming in one cell without disturbing Distribute channel but Header is coming every where means after "S001" and "S002" and so on how can i avoid this. i need to show Header only once not every where.

Sudha,

You should uncheck the "Break Header" on Manage Breaks section.

After that, you will see that ALL Headers will disappear.

Right click on Table and Format Table > General (tab) > Display (section) > Show Table Headers.
