How to bring english text of BW object on WebI

Hi gurus,

I am expecting to have english names of Contries on WebI where the source is BEx, however I failed to add 0langu to the object 0country as navigational attribute.

Is there any other way I could turn the countries into English text. Due to amount of Info I can not maintain manually.

I kindly request your help on that
