Hi,

Instead of using ppoma_crm, you may try maintaining the org model in CRM UI as seen below;

Yes, you can create as many Organizational Units as possible. There is no restriction in no of org model you can create. It purely depends on your requirement.

Thank You Prakhar, but unfortunately most of us do not have subscription to paid websites and rely on the free information available in forun like this.

I should pursue my employer to get a subscription for the site mentioned above, hope they agree.

Dear Vivek,

After "Customer-Specific Application Components" what shoud i do now ? i am at there now.

Customer-Specific Application Components ==> Maintain User Application Components and "New Entries" ? , when i create it, it gives me a request number ? is it secure to transport it to our solman ? because it is a workbench, i am scared of it.

Hi Kemal,

If you do not want to transport then create the request as 'local'. But it is safe, creating Z application componnets will not have any adverse effect on functioning of other modules. It is a an idepedent configuration.

Hi,

You need to activate the BaDi in the next step.

Activate the enhancement implementation AIC_CUSTOM_COMPONENTS. This
implementation reads your components from the table, and appends them to the
list of SAP application components.

You may need the help of ABAPer to implemet the BaDI, if you are not familiar with it.

Dear Vivek,

in the screen shot maintained below it is already active :

OK, then it should be available. If not, try creating a new component starting with letter Z and also maintain the Component Level filed while creating the custom component.

Also Run the report DSWP_GET_CSN_COMPONENTS manually, with the parameter Update

Customer Components = X

Great !

You may use txn code SBACH02 to achieve this. I have not tried this personally yet, but it is possible using this t code. But please be informed that the entries in these two tables could be overwritten by SAP, for example, when you update your system.
