Keydate should consider creation date value in Bex , #CRM#BW

Dear Friends,

couple of days ago our CRM consultant has created new category master data values and that has been successfully loaded into target system BI.

Now the category values has New valid from and valid to date and while generating the report the category values has been showing wrongly i.e.

while generating the report

From date : 1st october 2013

To Date : 30 October 2013.

using the above values , my report is showing new category values instead of showing old category values which is appalicable for oct 1st to oct 30

and it is showing the new category value that has a valid from : Nov 1st to date : 9999

so in the above case i have achieved the correct result using Key date which is available in our Query designer i.e. i have created a new customer exits variable called Business User date (please find screenshot below) and passing the deserved date but my question is here i dont want to show new BU date to the users . the creation date To value should take the BU date , what should i do?
