Hello!

I get this error with the eu_role in the Overview page in my rooms iview (dynamic navigation).

I have EP SP13 does anybody know how to fix this error?

Regards!

Hi Maria,

Generally increasing the Page Timeout should solve your problem.Else probably you can try with this.Setting the

Cache Validity Period of the particular page to -1 instead of 0.This should solve the problem.

Just try this out and tell us if it works.

Hi,

teh usual problem for this mesage to appear is that the iview takes too long for returning content back to the portal (long running code in there?). You can bypass this error message by increasing the timeout value. Note that this value has to be changed on page level (not per iView). You should find a value "page timeout" with a default of 150,000 there (150,000 ms == 150 sec == 2 1/2 min).

Hi!

I verified the value in te page and the page already has this value.

The page had been working good until we applied the SP13.

We had SP11.

Best regards!

Maria,

have you tried increasing this value? Say to 300,000 or even higher?

Have you found any hints why the iview takes so long?

Hi Dominique

I have increased the value to 450000 and the problem continues.

I think it can be because i have a lot of erooms asigned as owner. But i had have not this problem before the update.
