Redirect Logoff URL in Work Center

We have redirected the logoff url in ITSM through the technical profile definition. Do you have any idea how to change the url?

I have already done this but it only reflected for ITSM, not for service desk work center.

Hi,

the solution from Karthik responds to the CRM UI. If you are using work centers check note  1829327  - Solution Manager: How to use custom webpage when log off from SM_WORKCENTER?

You need to add an entry LOGOUT_URL in customizing table AGS_WORK_CUSTOM.
