Email Notification - Send Error Message?

Hi guyz,

Is there a way so that the user will be notified (thorugh EMAIL) in case an error occurred while loading the data? For now, we are using the "CREATE MESSAGE" function in the PROCESS CHAIN..But we are only using it for SUCCESSFUL loading since it cannot detect if the data was loaded incorrectly..

Hi loed,

Thru create message at process chains we can send mail to users when process chain particular loading step was failed.After click on create message you need to select "ERRORS" so that it will send message mentioned users list ids. its send mails only when process step was failed.

if you need for success/failure then choose always option and try it out. it may send mail to added users if your process steps was failed or success.

Explore available option you may find suitable option for your needs.

While creation of sucess mesage there is option for error message also.

Please check.

It will send mail notification when perticular process has error.

Now you need to create a error MSG also in same process type or process chain for erroneous or failure process type/chain then select error option.

You must schedule RSPC_MONITOR program in SA38. This will deliver the failure or Unknown status messages to the reciepient mails.

You can also schedule from RSPCM-->Automatic mail Notification.

Please search "Create Automatic Mail Notification/ Email Alert for Process Chain Monitoring".
